Jowell Lydon has gained significant knowledge and personal awareness of habitual patterns of behavior, emotional disconnection, and social injustice through his more than 20 years of experience participating in the Centergy™ process. From this experience he has learned to change his own habitual behavior patterns and to support others in recognizing and changing their own patterns that block living fulfilling lives and developing meaningful relationships. He believes in social justice and is grateful for ongoing opportunities to work with himself and others to make changes that support social justice at the personal level that in turn lead to institutional change. In addition to his work as an associate for DTP-Leadership, Jowell is a scrum master and technical writer in the computer industry.
